0. Before first use, we recommend an initial wash to activate the absorbent core, either by machine at 30°C or by hand. Air dry.

1. After use, rinse with cold water.

2. Machine wash (maximum 40°C) in a laundry bag, for optimal durability of 4 years.

3. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry! And there you have it, your period underwear is ready for reuse!

Menstrual panties, how do they work?

The technical part of our panties is about 1mm thick for panties and less than 2mm for shortys, it goes up about 3cm below the waist on the front and 8cm on the back. They are absolutely invisible under clothing. However, our menstrual range ensures maximum safety up to 12 noon.
