What is the absorbency level of menstrual thongs?

Our menstrual thongs absorb 1 to 2 medium-flow tampons. You can use them as your sole protection or in addition to intravaginal protection for heavier flows.

How long a day can you wear a menstrual thong?

Our Perdieme menstrual thong can be worn for up to 12 consecutive hours for light to medium flow. Therefore, it's important to ensure the absorbency level is sufficient for your flow, depending on the time of your cycle.

Are menstrual thongs suitable for heavy flow?

The menstrual thong is ideal for light flows (1-2 tampons). For heavy flows, use it in addition to internal protection.

How to wash a menstrual thong?

Rinse in cold water, then machine wash at 30°C without fabric softener in a laundry bag to avoid tearing the lace. Air dry.

Comment utiliser votre Tanga Menstruel ?

Aussi simple d'utilisation que la culotte de règles, le tanga menstruel est absorbant et retiendra 8mL de flux soit 1 à 2 tampons moyens.
Il vous suffit donc de l'enfiler le matin et de le garder 12h durant les jours de flux légers de votre cycle.
Si vous souhaitez le porter pendant votre jours de gros flux, vous pouvez associer le tanga à une cup ou un tampon.
